I didn’t build REALgratitude® in theory—I built it in real time, in real neighborhoods, with real people.

REALgratitude® started during the pandemic, in a simple Facebook group I created while living in Glendale, California. I was isolated, like most of us—and I needed to feel connected to something bigger than myself.

That group became a space where neighbors could exchange items, support each other, and remember that even in uncertain times, we still had a lot to be grateful for.

And then themost amazing thing happened, members of the group started reaching out to me for Real Estate Advice. I wondered, if it was monetizing without me trying, what would happen if I did trty monetizing.

I bought groceries and did diaper drives for neighbors in need with portions of my commissions and when regulations loosened, I started knocking doors in Pacific Palisades, letting neighbors know I was collecting items for a local nonprofit. There was no sales pitch—just service. And the response?

Over 2,000 pounds of clothing collected for Santa Monica Mental Health and contact info from 55% of the people I spoke to.

They weren’t just handing over donations—they were starting conversations, and asking me for real estate advice. To this day, they remember me, and they refer me. All because I led with value.

Since then, I’ve taken the REALgratitude® model to multiple cities and states—from California to Arizona to Georgia—and here’s what I’ve learned:

👉 Where there are people, there’s opportunity.

👉 Where there’s heart, there’s business.

In every community I’ve brought it to, the results follow.

Because this isn’t about sales tricks. It’s about being of service—and when that’s your lead message, the right clients show up with zero resistance.

💬 “Wait… You’re That Agent Who Did the Donation Drive, Right?”

I didn’t realize it at first, but I was building a brand just by showing up differently. My clients weren’t just hiring me to represent them—they were proud to work with me.

That one small shift—inviting the community into the process—made me stand out in a crowded market without having to shout.

💸 I CAPPED WITH MY BROKERAGE
I've decided to go all in on service-based outreach. I never push anything, but instead invite people to participate in giving back.

While doorknocking I book listing appointments on the spot and have picked up multiple loyal clients—not just one-and-done deals, but people who still send me referrals to this day.

I capped at my brokerage faster than ever before, and the craziest part?

It never feels like grinding. It feels organic.
📈 I'VE SOLD MILLIONS THROUGH SERVICE NOT SALES TACTICS
I’ve sold homes in highly competitive markets like Phoenix, Los Angeles, and Atlanta—without buying leads or running generic ads. Most of my deals came from:

•Door knocking with purpose
•Hosting community-powered open houses
•Running small nonprofit campaigns tied to the client’s favorite cause
•Showing up consistently and intentionally on social media (which we now give you templates for)

I never focused on building a client database, that was the byroduct—I was building a movement.

🤳 SOCIAL MEDIA THAT CONVERTS WITHOUT THE "ICK."

I used to overthink every caption. Every photo. Every post.

But once I started highlighting the impact behind my work and delivering value to my audience, the content got easier—and way more effective.

Buyers would DM me after seeing a nonprofit I was spotlighting.
Sellers would reach out saying, “I saw what you did in that neighborhood—we want to work with someone like you.”

They didn’t even ask about my numbers because they cared about my approach.

That’s what made me the obvious choice.

🗣️ Now It’s Your Turn

REALgratitude® is not theory.

It’s the system I used to go from stuck and scrambling… to aligned, profitable, and recognized.

I created this community so you don’t have to figure it out the hard way like I did.

So you can focus on serving, showing up, actually enjoying the business you’re building and close more deals.
